De Buck Gallery is pleased to announce an upcoming exhibition by British painter Tom Martin, entitled(Filthy) Lucre. The exhibition represents Martin’s debut solo exhibition in the United States, and will be on view at the gallery from November 13 – December 20. An opening reception in the presence of the artist will be held on November 13 from 6-8 PM.

1999 Yılında Atatürk Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Resim Bölümünden lisans diplomasını aldı. 1999 da başlamış olduğu öğretmenlik görevini halen İzmir Işılay Saygın Güzel Sanatlar Lisesinde sürdürmektedir. Çalışmalarına 2006 yılında İzmir’de kurduğu Yön Sanat Merkezi’nde devam etmektedir.

Working at the forefront of digital technology, the artistic duo, Nora Ligorano and Marshall Reese will present IAMI, an interactive, fiber-optic tapestry self-portrait, in our dedicated media room.
This newest work by Ligorano and Reese, sources the artists’ individual personal data to create IAMI’s imagery. Private data from the couple’s Fitbits feed the IAMI software, creating algorithms that generate constantly changing patterns of color and light.
