Tina Kim Gallery is delighted to announce The World of My Father, an exhibition of photographs by the celebrated Turkish film director Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Organized to coincide with the New York premiere of Ceylan’s newest film Winter Sleep at The Museum of Modern Art this will be the artist’s first photography exhibition in the United States. Rampa, 8 Kasım – 6 Aralık tarihleri arasında Çağdaş Kahriman’ın Türkiye’deki ilk kişisel sergisine ev sahipliği yapacak. 1977 yılında Ankara’da doğan Kahriman, eğitimini Paris’te Sorbonne Üniversitesi’nin ardından Montreal’de Concordia Üniversitesi’nde tamamladı. Sanatçı, yedi yaşında göçmen olarak gittiği Paris’te yaşıyor ve çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.

De Buck Gallery is pleased to announce an upcoming exhibition by British painter Tom Martin, entitled(Filthy) Lucre. The exhibition represents Martin’s debut solo exhibition in the United States, and will be on view at the gallery from November 13 – December 20. An opening reception in the presence of the artist will be held on November 13 from 6-8 PM.

Catharine Clark Gallery presents Wanxin Zhang | Totem, an exhibition of life-size ceramic sculptures.
Totem demonstrates Zhang’s mastery of the malleable and expressive qualities of clay to disrupt and reshape both the form and meaning of traditional symbols and icons.

Working at the forefront of digital technology, the artistic duo, Nora Ligorano and Marshall Reese will present IAMI, an interactive, fiber-optic tapestry self-portrait, in our dedicated media room.
This newest work by Ligorano and Reese, sources the artists’ individual personal data to create IAMI’s imagery. Private data from the couple’s Fitbits feed the IAMI software, creating algorithms that generate constantly changing patterns of color and light.
