Okan Dedeoğlu 1976 İstanbul doğumlu. MÜGSF İç Mimarlık ve YTÜ Restorasyon Bölümlerini bitirdi. Okul yıllarında Fluxus, Dadaizm ve Neo–Ekspresyonizm sanat akımlarıyla ilgilendi.
